Zone Alerts - Allows you to know what time your guys are arriving on the job site each morning and what time they leave in the afternoon. With the Zone Alert feature of the Fleet Tracking system, you can easily define up to 20 "Alert Zones" (also known as "geo-fences") and the system can automatically notify you - by email or SMS text message (or both) - any time one of your vehicles enters or leaves the zones you define. Speed Alert - Speed Alert enables you to define speeds at which you are notified. Speeds can be defined for specific vehicles, or for all vehicles in your fleet. Any time one of the specified vehicles exceeds the defined speed, the Fleet Tracking system will notify you with an SMS text message to your cell phone, an email, or both.
Ignition Alert - This allows you to know when you vehicles ignition is turn on or off every time the key is turn on/off by email or text message to your cell phone or both.
Panic Alert - This feature if used can be use for an emergency, robbery, time on arrival, etc that's up to the customer on how they want to use this feature. It will log a report and email / test message and display a red icon on screen flashing when pushed.
Change Map Directions - This allows you to view North, East, West, South from the same view allowing you to view multiple angle from the same image the vehicle is park at this is a great feature for the police dept.
Mapping - Our Mapping system allows you to have two different types of maps Regular Maps and Hybrid Maps and Birds Eye. All Three come with the mapping system, Birds eye is the more detailed map out of the three but both hybrid and Birdseye allowing you to see trees, houses, roads, etc. View samples on the left of the same view on all three maps.
Search Feature - The search feature is for looking for information near the vehicles like food, police, hospitals, gas stations, etc. Anything that's in the yellow pages can be enter into a search and displayed on screen with location on map, it also give you the name, address, phone all on screen in order from nearest to longest.
Driver Editor (Call your drivers) - This feature allows you to program your vehicle drivers cell phone in the the GPS system by vehicle. Allows you to make a phone call from your computer to your employee with out picking up a phone. There is a same program you need to download to use this feature, but its free to us.
Double Click on Vehicle Icon - This allows you to do the following lock doors, unlock doors, honk horn, follow vehicle, show address, phone driver, disable starter, enable starter, remote start, text driver cell, message navi tracker unit, reroute navi unit, change text color, change flag color and change vehicle name. (All inputs and outputs like doors or starter and horn features need extra additional wiring hookup and may need relays to make those feature work) Changing Vehicle Icons - This allows you to change the vehicle icons to a police car, bus, planes, taxi, motorcycle, trucks, pickup, etc
Address Manager - Allows placement of user-defined markers on the map. These markers can provide quick, easy location of warehouses, offices, and other landmarks relevant to your daily use of the vehicle tracking system. To access this feature, select the "Address Manager" tab and click "Show address manager".
Mouse over Vehicle Live Information - Allows you to view live vehicle speeds and heading directions, vehicle names and more just by moving your mouse over the moving vehicles and a pop-up box will appear on the screen.
Vehicle Groups - This allows you to make your own vehicle groups. Allowing you to have a service vehicle group, install groups, etc. This feature is mainly used for larger fleets but that up to you. All you have to do is create a group and call it a name and pick the vehicle you want in the group and your done.
Recorded History Play Back - Customer can view 90 days of recorded play back of where the vehicle was on what date. And you be able to watch the vehicle drive around just live watching live events. This allows the customer to watch live events with live play back and leave vapor trails.
Live Support - No other vehicle tracking product on the market provides such an advanced level of technical support and assistance to the user community - because no other vehicle tracking company cares as deeply about the satisfaction of its clients. To talk with a LIVE support engineer, simply select the LIVE Support tab on the control panel, and click the button labeled "Live Support System". A window will appear at the bottom of your screen similar to the one provided
Route Planning - Allows you to plan your drivers routes for the day up to 21 stops and print them out for your drivers from your computer and follow there progress throw out the day live on your computer.
Traffic feature - This allows you to view live traffic on busy skyways or highways on the map in real time so you can let your drivers know of possible traffic jams to reroute the for faster arrive to jobs sites or service call with out wasting your money sitting in traffic for hours.
Fences feature - This allows you to view all your programmed zone area alerts on the map at one time to make changes to resize them or view all location you have entered into the system.
Activity Panel - This allows you to view all your vehicle locations on the map heading, speeds, vehicle ids, ignition, etc. just by opening the activity panel on the bottom of the maps.
